He has held various executive leadership and academic teaching roles in the financial services industry. In these roles, Jordan managed enterprise relationships, assembled wealth technology platforms, spearheaded sales, led product strategy, and coached advisors. He is the Vice President of Technology for RFG Advisory and an adjunct professor for Kaplans College for Financial Planning. Jordan holds multiple industry certifications, a master's in financial planning, and a doctorate in business administration, specifically in behavioral science and positive psychology. In his recent research, he studied Flow Theory and Work engagement of Financial Planners.
