Enhance the effectiveness of the work you do with your clients by taking a multi-disciplinary perspective of the dynamics at play in your relationship, in how you communicate, and in your client’s financial beliefs, behaviors, and decisions.  During this workshop, Amy will demonstrate how to apply insights and knowledge from psychology, neurology, and biology to the work you do with your clients to increase effectiveness in the relationship and financial planning process. Gain insight into how to increase effectiveness in the work you do with your client by learning how to integrate concepts and theories derived from various disciplines, including behavioral finance, positive psychology, and biology, into your client meeting process. Understand how relevant information such as core values, perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes influence the clients’ level of engagement and motivation to participate in the financial planning process, and learn how to fine-tune your communication and the way that you present your recommendations to better engage your clients and illicit more follow-through.
